ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a “B” average.

Must be a resident of Bolivar County or North Sunflower County

Cannot be valedictorian or salutatorian.

Open to both male and female students.

Must be a graduating senior (Spring 2025)
APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE:
-
a 500-word essay introducing yourself and explaining why you deserve the scholarship (include extracurricular activities, awards, and leadership roles)
-
the name of of the college/university you plan to attend (if known)

a current photograph (for newspaper release if selected)

a unofficial copy of your transcript
-
one (1) recommendation letter from a teacher or counselor
